Lists as:

  • Production Coordinator - Drama
  • Production Manager - Screen
  • Production Manager – Drama
  • Unit Manager

Over 12 years of experience across production management, coordination, and unit management within film and television, I bring a strong working knowledge of pre-production planning and on-set execution, with practical involvement in scheduling, budgeting support, logistics, and crew coordination.

I hold a Diploma qualification and continue to develop toward Production Manager and Line Producer roles. Experienced in assisting with line producing functions, including budget tracking and resource allocation, ensuring productions operate efficiently within established constraints.

Have strong work ethics, but am never too proud to ask for help from my team when it’s required. For this reason, I always have solid and clear communication with my crew and HOD’s to ensure each goal and production is met to the utmost satisfaction. I work hard to contribute to productions through hands-on coordination, problem-solving, and maintaining alignment between production requirements and on-ground execution during pre-production and principal photography phases.

A lover of all things creative, a child of two bankers.

Annie is a Production Manager/UPM who works alongside the Line Producer / Producer to execute the production and deliver the budget. She manages the production office, crew and equipment, logistics, and the day-to-day communication flow of the show.

Annie oversees crew engagement and contracting; alongside the production accountant, manages payroll for cast and crew, petty cash, and floats; and is the central point for permits, permissions, insurance, and compliance. With overall responsibility for reporting — from DPRs to POs and incident reports — Annie operates at the centre of a fast-moving environment, managing high-volume communication while collaborating closely with HODs + 2ICs to keep the production running smoothly, allowing every department to do what they do best.

Coordinator – Production (network) and Locations

Over fifteen years in the screen industry,  across on-set and offset roles with majority of experience as a coordinator in production and locations.

Over five years freelance on Network Ten shoots as production manager, production coordinator, post-production coordinator – taking on additional roles as first assistant director, second assistant director and casting coordinator. I thrive in a demanding quick turn-around environment.

Extensive location scouting experience throughout Queensland, with an excellent knowledge of the south-east and northern rivers locations, where I particularly established long-term local connections.

Coming back into the freelance world, after a stint in-house as senior producer, director, writer on two-year Queensland Government contract including commercial campaigns, documentary series, news and online. Over the years, I have also produced and directed music videos for major client Sony Music Australia and as I started out in the camera department I have also camera-assisted on commercials, music videos and long-form.

Looking now to firmly plant myself in long form / drama world – and seeking opportunities in a locations team or build up my credits in production.

I love coordinating and throughout my career, I have been responsible for travel, accommodation and catering, crew booking, contracting and payroll, vendor and supplier liaison and negotiation, call sheets, budgeting tracking, and international logistics.

I’ve been wanting to move into drama for a long time, and am ready to concentrate my efforts into making this happen.

I’m happy to take on an APOC role first, in order to learn all I need to know, before moving into a Coordinator seat.

I’m keen, willing to learn and am comfortable stepping into fast-paced productions with shifting priorities, remaining calm under pressure and balancing competing demands while maintaining accuracy and clear communication.

Having worked at both co-ordinator and manager level, I understand the wider production pressures and priorities, but I mostly enjoy the hands-on coordination work and value being directly involved in the day-to-day running of production.

I am dedicated, organised and reliable with meticulous attention to detail. I take ownership of my work and am confident working autonomously while remaining collaborative within a team and pride myself on contributing to a positive working environment.
