I am an experienced Production /  Stage Management professional with extensive experience across live performance, events and technical production in Australia and France, now looking to build my career in screen production.

My experience has developed strong, transferable skills in crew coordination, production logistics, scheduling, communication, problem-solving and working effectively under pressure.

Recent projects including Love for One Night, Tirra Lirra and NORPA’s Prima Facie have involved coordinating teams, managing technical and production requirements, liaising across departments and ensuring productions run smoothly from preparation through to performance.

I am particularly interested in working within the film and television industry in roles where my production and coordination experience can be valuable while I continue developing my knowledge of screen-specific workflows, set operations and production processes.

In 2025, I moved to Australia to pursue a bigger industry with an aim to be on TV or features.

Most recently, I have stepped into on-set roles through this including on set PA, 2nd 2nd AD (extras), 3rd AD (cast), and costume / stylist assist. My last production was as a SQ Onset PA (Assistant Directors) Attachment on JUMP- a NZ / Australia production.

I have also been an attachment on EPiC through Bazmark and Screen Queensland and Nick Waterman’s (dir. How To Make Gravy) Production Assistant, working across commercials, short films, social media, and slate development, until this position moved interstate.

I thrive as an AD, and am looking for on-set work, and would like to learn more about the department. Love being part of a creative, positive team all working towards a common goal, am am dedicated to a career in this industry.

With a strong background in administration and project management, I had the amazing opportunity to lead the daily operations of a cinema camera rental house (CINE 2481), supporting feature films, documentaries and TVCs.

Working closely with cinematographers and state-of-the-art equipment, I built a reputation as a calm, reliable point of contact for crew and production in this fast-moving environment.

Now seeking on-set roles as Onset PA or 3rd AD. The demands on an AD are what I enjoy most: planning, scheduling, communicating, keeping teams aligned, solving problems under pressure, and delivering the day with grit and love for filmmaking.

My strength lies in coordinating complex resources, logistics and workflows across constantly changing schedules with exceptional adaptability and precision.

Highly proficient in MS Suite, Google Workspace, and project management software. Manual QLD driver’s license. Bilingual (English & Spanish).

I’m a Gold Coast-based emerging filmmaker with a Bachelor of Film & Television and a hands-on background across production, AD, camera and post. I’ve built my experience through short films, music videos, live sports broadcast, internships and industry events, which has given me love for the moving parts that make a production work. I’m drawn to the pace and problem-solving of production – the mix of planning, communication, pressure, people and quick decisions.

I like being in the thick of it: keeping things organised, helping the crew stay across the day, spotting what needs attention and making sure small things don’t become big things. I’m still early in my professional career, which is exactly why I’m keen to learn from experienced crews, take direction well and contribute in a way that is practical, reliable and positive.

I’m especially interested in production, AD, runner and post-production support roles, and I’m looking to keep building my experience within the Queensland screen industry while becoming the kind of crew member people are happy to have back. I bring energy, common sense and a genuine willingness to step up, ask good questions and help the day move forward. Would love to chat further!

Just wrapped as the Screen Queensland attachment on Amazon MGM film HONEYMOON WITH HARRY. Learned a lot! Next step Production Secretary, but would happily take on runner and PA roles to build my credits and experience.

In 2026, I secured a Screen Queensland attachment opportunity in the Production Office for the Amazon MGM film HONEYMOON WITH HARRY. The attachment – my first professional credit – was originally 13 weeks ( from pre-production to the  first week of post-production), but the Production Manager, kept me on until the production office wrapped. The opportunity was amazing. I learned a lot and was able to apply my transferable skills to the work I was given. I’d love to continue working with the production office. My attachment supervisors said I could consider taking on Production Secretary opportunities, given my level of transferable skills, but also appreciate I’m in the early days of my career, so I’d also happily take on runner and PA opportunities.

Although, I’m relatively new to the screen industry, I bring a wealth of transferable skills from my professional experiences in communications and events management, and my education in screen production and theatre.

I have years of experience from managing a program of entertainment for a large-scale outdoor living history event, including managing entertainers, coordinating logistics and safety and scheduling programs.

I’m familiar with working in high pressure situations and problem-solving, and genuinely appreciate the importance of ensuring people are supported. I also have strong administrative experience from my time working in the public sector.

To further my industry knowledge and network, in 2025 I completed: Assistant Directing Fundamentals, AFTRS/ Griffith University,  the Screen Industry On-boarding Program,  Coomera TAFE and the On Set Onboarding / Working in Screen Production, AFTRS, supported by The Walt Disney Company.

Howdy! I’m Hans an emerging production assistant. I bring experience from multiple professional productions as a PA across TVCs, Screen QLD & AUS funded online series, indie feature films and have been the producer on a couple of short films and music videos.

I’m confident in my knowledge with computers/laptops, Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom) and have experience assisting Production Coordinators and Line Producers with email  and phone call communications.

With an interest in both the Production & AD departments, I am drawn to challenges that require critical thinking, problem solving and a detail-sensitive mindset, but I also display the people-skills, personality and genuine enthusiasm to work and communicate with cast, crew and background.

These skills were developed through four years working across different high schools as a level 1 IT Support Officer, and three years of studying my Bachelor of Film at Griffith Film School.

When I’m not on set, I work casually as an IT officer at schools and as a freelance photographer and also volunteer my Sundays as a Senior Kids Church Leader of kids aged 4 to 12 years.

Flexible and available to all opportunities and am willing to travel when necessary.
