Stunts/Safety/Horsemaster
Danny and Sue Baldwin are an established stunt and safety team delivering practical, creative action solutions for film and television productions.

Danny is highly experienced at translating action from script to screen, developing practical and creative stunt solutions that support performance and budget. Together, they are trusted department leaders who work collaboratively with producers, directors, cast, and crew. Known for their calm, practical approach on set and strong working relationships across all departments, their creative stunt design is supported by strong safety leadership and formal WHS qualifications, ensuring action is delivered efficiently and safely.

With a rural background, Danny and Sue are particularly well-suited to productions involving remote locations, outdoor environments, and complex logistics. This experience underpins a grounded, solutions-focused approach to action planning, especially on shoots involving vehicles, animals, terrain, and limited-access locations.

Danny Baldwin is a Stunt Coordinator with over 40 years’ experience and an exceptional safety record, with no notifiable incidents across his career. He works closely with cast to assess capability and, where appropriate, supports actors to safely perform their own action. Danny is also a highly experienced Horse Master, with specialist expertise in horse behaviour, rider assessment, rehearsal planning, and the safe integration of horses into stunt and action sequences. His work is consistently creative, practical, and cost-effective.

Sue Baldwin complements this with strong safety leadership and coordination.  Together, Danny and Sue provide integrated stunt coordination and safety supervision that supports creative ambition while maintaining high safety standards and efficient use of resources.
