A lover of all things creative, a child of two bankers.

Annie is a Production Manager/UPM who works alongside the Line Producer / Producer to execute the production and deliver the budget. She manages the production office, crew and equipment, logistics, and the day-to-day communication flow of the show.

Annie oversees crew engagement and contracting; alongside the production accountant, manages payroll for cast and crew, petty cash, and floats; and is the central point for permits, permissions, insurance, and compliance. With overall responsibility for reporting — from DPRs to POs and incident reports — Annie operates at the centre of a fast-moving environment, managing high-volume communication while collaborating closely with HODs + 2ICs to keep the production running smoothly, allowing every department to do what they do best.
