I’m a Gold Coast-based emerging filmmaker with a Bachelor of Film & Television and a hands-on background across production, AD, camera and post. I’ve built my experience through short films, music videos, live sports broadcast, internships and industry events, which has given me love for the moving parts that make a production work. I’m drawn to the pace and problem-solving of production – the mix of planning, communication, pressure, people and quick decisions.

I like being in the thick of it: keeping things organised, helping the crew stay across the day, spotting what needs attention and making sure small things don’t become big things. I’m still early in my professional career, which is exactly why I’m keen to learn from experienced crews, take direction well and contribute in a way that is practical, reliable and positive.

I’m especially interested in production, AD, runner and post-production support roles, and I’m looking to keep building my experience within the Queensland screen industry while becoming the kind of crew member people are happy to have back. I bring energy, common sense and a genuine willingness to step up, ask good questions and help the day move forward. Would love to chat further!

In 2026, I secured a Screen Queensland attachment opportunity in the Production Office for the Amazon MGM film HONEYMOON WITH HARRY. The attachment – my first professional credit – was originally 13 weeks ( from pre-production to the  first week of post-production), but the Production Manager, kept me on until the production office wrapped. The opportunity was amazing. I learned a lot and was able to apply my transferable skills to the work I was given. I’d love to continue working with the production office. My attachment supervisors said I could consider taking on Production Secretary opportunities, given my level of transferable skills, but also appreciate I’m in the early days of my career, so I’d also happily take on runner and PA opportunities.

Although, I’m relatively new to the screen industry, I bring a wealth of transferable skills from my professional experiences in communications and events management, and my education in screen production and theatre.

I have years of experience from managing a program of entertainment for a large-scale outdoor living history event, including managing entertainers, coordinating logistics and safety and scheduling programs.

I’m familiar with working in high pressure situations and problem-solving, and genuinely appreciate the importance of ensuring people are supported. I also have strong administrative experience from my time working in the public sector.

To further my industry knowledge and network, in 2025 I completed: Assistant Directing Fundamentals, AFTRS/ Griffith University,  the Screen Industry On-boarding Program,  Coomera TAFE and the On Set Onboarding / Working in Screen Production, AFTRS, supported by The Walt Disney Company.

I now have over three years of experience in the film and television industry, working across feature films and television series including drama, sci-fi, romance, and children’s television and all stages of production — from pre-production through to post-production.

Teamwork is one of my key strengths; in my last project as Assistant to Writer/Director I worked in close collaboration with the Director, Producers, and 1st Assistant Director (AD), organising the Director’s schedule and managing his time across the various time zones, taking notes, proofreading new versions of the screenplay and facilitating effective communication while building relationships between HoDs, crew, and Amazon MGM (the studio behind the feature film), as well as other projects the Director was working on. This experience strengthened my ability to support Creative Directors and senior leadership.

Under the mentorship of TV Director Grant Brown, I had the experience of being the Screen Queensland Director’s Attachment on Troppo Season 2 (BLK 4),  where I worked closely with the Director, Producers, Writers, the 1st AD and the DOP. This hands-on experience provided me with invaluable insights including how to block a script, how to direct actors, collaborate with editors and post-production team on producer and network episode notes.

I have also worked closely with the production department, as a runner on four long-running television series, from 2021 to 2023.

Being highly organised, detail-oriented, I thrive in fast-paced, people-focused environments, maintain high performance standards, and adapt quickly to changing priorities. I am motivated to create engaging, show-stopping content that brings brands to life and enhances audience engagement.
