Detail-driven with specialisation in logistics, people management and clear inter and intra departmental communication, with onset and offset experience.
Having worked in both short form and long form production, I have constantly worked to improve the clarity of my communication and my organisational skills. Having worked in both onset and offset roles, I bring an experientially informed – people first approach – to any and all departments I work within. I find this increases efficiency within the department, and also improves integration with other departments.
I strongly value the working relationships forged during the course of a production, and those that are strengthened by encountering those same practitioners on later jobs. I believe this creates a more unified local and national film community.
Have worked in multiple states and hope to continue to find opportunities that take me elsewhere in the country to engage with other practitioners and learn from their experiences and about their unique local ecosystems.
Always looking to continue my development and positively contribute to the local film ecosystem through mentorship. Primarily this is done through support of attachment opportunities through national and state screen bodies as well as third party programs and educational institutions.
